Spring Fever

Can I just say that I'm LOVING these beautiful days that God has been blessing us with?! This weather has been awesome. My little Ry baby has been getting to enjoy some much needed outside play! I do believe he is happiest outdoors, and oh how I love to see him smile!

Now, how could anyone not love this guy?

Oh, my son...what did I ever do without you? You bring so much happiness and joy to my life.

All this beautiful weather has gotten me into "gardening mode". This happens to me every year....until the summer comes....I really do have good intentions, but this girl CANNOT take the heat. Fall and Spring are awesome, Winter is good, Summer...well, I don't like to be hot, sweaty, or bitten by anything. However, I do like to plant flowers and such and am actually good at it....yep, I've got the fever. Spring Fever.
On another note, Saturday is girls day out....I'm ready. I so look forward to those all too scarce days with the girls that knew me when I was carrying a Rainbow Brite lunchbox to school everyday. For one day every once in a LONG while, I get to be FUN......I guess the word is carefree. No kids, no husband, no laundry, no house to clean.....just a bunch of girls that love to laugh. Can't wait!

That used to be us!

New Kid On The Block...

Wow....this is harder than I thought it would be. Do I really have time for this?! I guess I am a glutton for punishment...ha! And I thought that I was pretty computer/technology savvy...maybe not as much as I thought. Oh, well....I'll figure it out eventually.

So my little boy is almost 15 months old...HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? I miss my little baby, I have been looking back at pictures of him and I must say that it makes me sad to see him growing so FAST.

I hate to admit it, but I guess you would now call him a "TODDLER". WOW. This kid walks, runs, jumps, talks, and CLIMBS (that's the scary one) and sometimes it's definitely hard for his mother to keep up,but I LOVE every minute of it. So, today I thought that I would take him to Playworld in Conway to play. I had looked on their website and saw that it said they had a toddler area with ball pits and other such things for kids his age. So, this morning we headed towards Conway. I was so excited to see him get to play and just pretty much get to run wild. I finally find the place and guess what.....CLOSED ON MONDAYS! WHAT????! Are you kidding me...just my luck...I felt so bad. So, what could I do, we had drove all the way to Conway....OH! I know......guess we'll just have to do a little shopping. Anyway, Rylan's day turned into Mommy's day....and it's times like this that make me the best mother EVER.:(
